Privacy

Freetown Pool Service uses the information you send so we can quote, book, and service your pool. We do not sell it.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, email, service address, and town
• Pool details, access notes (including gate codes), and photos or short videos you upload
• Appointment times from our calendar, and optional SMS replies (including photos you text us)

How we use it

Scheduling, job prep, reminders, and follow-up about your visit. Photos are for servicing your pool — we don’t post them or use them in ads. Access notes are stored encrypted.

Texts (SMS)

If you check the optional SMS box, we may text appointment reminders, a link to finish your Pool Profile, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP or call (617) 459-8785 for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How long we keep it

Unfinished booking drafts are deleted after 30 days. Photos from people who never become customers are deleted after 12 months. We keep customer job records as long as we need them to service your pool.
